We The People, Genetically Modified?
Andrew Demeter’s We the People, Genetically Modified? was the high school Central Division first prize-winner in C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam video documentary contest. He was a 10th grader at Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin in Chardon, Ohio.
C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam video documentary contest is an annual national competition in which middle and high school students produce a documentary on a specific theme. In the 2014 contest, participants were asked, “What’s the most important issue Congress should consider in 2014?”
The local cable company was Time Warner.

Announcing the 2014 StudentCam Documentary Competition Winners!
C-SPAN is pleased to announce the 150 winning videos in this year's StudentCam competition! Congratulations to each of the winning filmmakers, whose videos competed among the record-setting 2,355 documentaries that were received.
