Health and Human Services Department Fiscal Year 2015 Budget
Secretary Kathleen Sebelius testified on the Health and Human Services Department fiscal year 2015 budget request. She said that there was no plan to delay the health care law’s individual mandate or extend the March 31, 2014, deadline for open enrollment in the exchanges.
