John White, the State Superintendent of Education for the Louisiana Department of Education gave a presentation before the Special Education Advisory Panel, which includes members of the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education(BESE), as well as, Educators, Parents, policymakers and education stakeholders on Friday, February 8, 2013.
