There was a huge party for members of the media who are in New Orleans to cover Super Bowl events and it was probably one of the biggest gathering of its kind ever to take place in the city. Protecting the party take lots of cops and jets too
It's a delicate balance between partying and protecting during the huge Super Bowl and Mardi Gras celebration. Starting today you can see many more uniformed officers walking the beat in the CBD and stationed on corners. A lot is being done behind the scenes too. Read more...
